Argh
Sometimes I feel like I’m the unpaid nanny. My sister text me at 8am to inform me she wants to me to sleep at her house tonight, get up at 6, walk the dog and get my niece ready for school. She has to be somewhere.
Despite the fact her dog has attacked me in the past, I can’t sleep at her house, and I have plans for tonight and all tomorrow! arghhhhhh my 40 year old sisters do not...

Hectic week
Every second of this week is scheduled… work this evening, bikes tomorrow, work Tuesday, then my sister is getting a gold heart award on Wednesday! It’s a black tie dinner event and I’m veryyyy excited to see her receive her award :) then work Thursday & bikes Friday.
I have a Halloween party to go to on Saturday, and I absolutely cannot believe how quick this year has...
argh, why do I never feel good enough? (end whine)

After taking sleeping tablets for more than a year (I was taking
3x the dose by the end, because I’d built up such a tolerance) I’ve not had any for about two months. I’m finally getting to sleep easily, and staying asleep. Hurrah! :)
